Growell has an experienced dedicated Team of Trainers, Coaches and Consultants, with more than 100 years of combined experience in both Corporate world and Human Resource Development. The Team understands the challenges as well as the needs of businesses and corporate entities. Towards this end, Growell seek to provide Corporate Coaching and Learning Solutions, to help their clients meet their organizational goals which are often tied to achieving real and tangible outcomes.

Dr. Low Hun Seng
Consultant and Coach
Dr. Low has played many different roles in 36 years of working experiences; ranging from Director, General Manager, Advisor, Vice-President, Mentor-Coach, Executive Coach and OD Consultant with various organizations. He has been involved in banking industry, property research, venture capital, investment, advisory, training industry and now in people development. He has a strong passion for Organizational Learning where he did his doctorate research.
Lim Joo Chong

Joo Chong holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Science (Hons.) with Education and a Master in Business Administration from Universiti Sains Malaysia (Penang). He started in the noble profession as a teacher for 17 years before immersing himself in the field of people and organization development. He was duly recognized professionally being appointed as Organization Development Manager for Intel Malaysia. He then relocated to Phnom Penh to be a senior leader for World Vision International (Cambodia) as the People and Culture Director for a total of 7+ years.
George Foo
Consultant and Coach
George Foo holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Hons.) from Adelaide University in South Australia. He has worked for multinationals namely Motorola, Western Digital (WD) and Intel. A total of over 24 years working experience covering various leadership, regional and strategic HR management roles, engineering, quality management, operations and manufacturing, makes George a very hands-on senior director and course leader with real track record, real people and real stories to include in his programs.
