There is little emphasis placed on the past with coaching, but instead the focus is on creating what you want now and in the future.

To experience the effectiveness of a Corporate Coaching program, we suggest clients make an initial 6-month commitment. At the end of the 6 months, we will evaluate progress and discuss options for continued coaching. Is Corporate Coaching confidential? What we discuss will be held in confidence and not shared with others. If your Employer is the sponsor, the Coach will share the progress of the Client to keep them posted. Other than this point, corporate coaching is a confidential process, and your personal information will always be protected.
